Do you only sell solid gold?

Almost all are solid gold (not plated, not rolled gold, not gold filled) unless indicated so. We prefer solid gold, but sometimes we would come across pieces we cannot resist because of their design and quality.

How do you confirm authenticity?

We test gold using acid test and the gemstones using the gem tester. We also bring the pieces to a certified, local gemologist.

Can you resize?

It depends on the pieces. Sometimes due to the design, they cannot be altered otherwise the original design will be ruined. We work with a local jeweler who is used to handling old jewellery and who will be upfront if they can’t do it.

Do you accept refund?

Unfortunately no. Please message for more videos/photos or any questions about the jewellery you are interested in, and we are more than happy to answer.

Do you accept layaway?

Yes, we are happy to offer a layaway on agreed terms. We would normally need a non-refundable deposit of 20% and the rest can be paid on monthly basis up to 90 days.
